AQUAFIT

Not your mom’s water class!

AQUAFIT combines traditional fitness classes with the benefits of water to build muscular strength, increase flexibility, and enhance cardiovascular fitness in a low impact, body friendly and body positive environment. Whether you’re looking to add variety to your fitness routine or just getting started, recovering from an injury or trying to stay fit through pregnancy, AQUAFIT has classes that will meet your goals!

Be prepared to burn calories, make a splash, and have a great time getting fit!

Aqua Fit

Water training that goes beyond swimming laps, shifting the workout from horizontal to vertical, including cardio, resistance, weight-lifting and stretching. The water makes training both challenging and accessible. Each instructor has designed the class to provide you with the best workout possible. Exercises can be modified if needed.

Aqua Cycling

A high cardio low impact exercise great for all fitness levels. Special stationary bikes are placed in water 3 1/2 feet deep, using the resistance of the water to burn calories and get toned. This is a total body workout using medicine balls, resistance bands and weights to tone and strengthen your upper body while you cycle. Each instructor has designed the class to provide you with the best workout possible. Exercises can be modified if needed.

Apah Yoga

Come join an infusion of water and asanas in our yoga class in the pool. Through a gentle flow series and standing poses, you will improve flexibility, strength, balance and mental calmness in this 45-60 minute session. Immerse yourself in the earth element of water and enjoy the calming frequencies of tuning forks, light meditation and a guided practice to end your week.
